Our experience with the team at Colorado custom spas was good, it started off with Parker. He was awesome! He recommended a bullfrog A7 hot tub but ultimately we decided on a wellis Mont Blanc floor model. Our hot tub was delivered by Adam, Noah, and chase who were great and went above and beyond with the delivery and were patient with any of my questions.
There were a few hiccups, but I’m not sure it’s any of the team’s fault. Our wellis hot tub arrived with a broken frame, broken tube/jet body, and also leaking at one of the pumps. After speaking to Barret, Colorado Custom spas sent Jason over the weekend to fix, which was extremely nice and helped us get our big purchase repaired so we could start to use the hot tub over the weekend. I felt like the entire team had our back given the issues.
After about a week with the wellis Mont Blanc, I’m a tad bummed with my decision I think. Given all the issues, just about all of the screws that hold side panels broke off from the repairs and are now stuck in the frame, we are currently improvising with alternatives, because the screws are cheap… i also realized how hard it’s going to be to get any wellis parts unless I go through Colorado custom spas… wellis parts refuses to ship to my home, when trying to buy parts directly. I should have probably gone the bullfrog route and listened to Parker’s suggestion.
It’s definitely not easy deciding on hot tubs until you’ve owned one I guess…
Overall, thank you to the team, Colorado custom spas will continue to be our go to place.

I just had my BullFrog A6L delivered by Adam and Noah. They were fantastic! I had a tight spot to get thru and they were very careful and made it no problem. They set up my hot tub and took the time to place it exactly where I needed it. They also gave me lots of good tips and showed me all the basics. Highly recommend them!!! Thank you for your care, knowledge and experience!

Barrett the delivery manger was fantastic to deal with. He helped us set up the delivery and he gave us information on the delivery and practical ideas in how to manage how my wife who is disabled to safely use the spa. The actual delivery done by Adam and Jesus went smoothly they were professional, friendly. They knew there product gave an excellent set up tutorial and took the time to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing excellent experience with Colorado custom spas.

Really highly recommend!! We had such a great shopping experience here (including kid friendly with our 4 wild ones - staff were very patient with the chaos). The GM was amazing, kind, compassionate and so friendly. We were nervous about delivery and install given we live in the mountains with a steep rocky terrain. Adam and Noah were an impressive team - carrying the tub most of the way on a sled and then carefully considering all of our nitpicky details on the tubs final resting location. They were incredibly patient, so kind, and very thorough.
We hesitated for a long time on making this big purchase - and when family circumstances pushed us to consider it closer - this team just really made it all worthwhile and such a positive experience. Thank you!!
